10.08.2010. ShutterBLAST in Switzerland's 20 Min - ELUVEITIE Metal Hammer Award

While on the WACKEN festival, I bumped into my old friend Chrigel Glanzmann, vocalist of ELUVEITIE, and did what I do most of the time, snapped him. This time, with his METAL HAMMER AWARD. The photo was immediately sent to Switzerland's most widespread daily newspaper, 20 Min. See the excerpt below!

 

09.08.2010. EPICA at ALCATRAZ Festival in Belgium

What a week end it has been for us! First a flight to Hamburg and a ride to the WACKEN festival, then a sleepless night spent on 6 trains to connect Wacken to the next festival: ALCATRAZ festival in Deinze, Belgium. From there, some more photo projects were scheduled for the next day in Holland. Never miss a chance to squeeze in another shoot!

What a busy summer it is! Some festivals added, some festivals cancelled, plans always slightly subject to change, but it's 'almost' final now. Here are some of the next gigs I've been booked for...

As previously mentioned, our focus this year wasn't photography at the TUSKA Festival, but another great video documentary that we're putting together as you read this.

 

However we still managed to shoot our usual partners FINNTROLL along with the legendary MEGADETH on Day 3 of the TUSKA Festival.
